Is there a painting you love that is no longer available? Do you need something in a different size? Are you looking for a gift for someone? Do you have something special in mind? Wynne would be delighted to discuss a painting commissioned just for you.

Laurie and Zane had a big new house and needed a large piece to liven up their great room. Wynne didn’t have a painting that would fit in the place they had in mind. She went to their house with several paintings to show them colors and styles and find out what they were looking for. She got a great feel for what Laurie and Zane wanted in their space. Metamorphic Moment was the result.

Chelsea came to the web site and wanted to buy for her sister’s graduation in a few weeks. There were several paintings she loved, but none were available. Wynne and Chelsea discussed budget and size and then talked about what Chelsea liked about the other works. Wynne created Losar Fish, which is similar to the paintings she loved but with a feel of its own, including a Losar (Tibetan New Year) greeting to commemorate Chelsea’s sister’s passage.

The McGhee commission was very different from other commissions. McGhee wanted something more personal than a plaque to present to associates upon completion of their training. These paintings were to be given to five associates to commemorate this important occasion. Wynne was told a little about each person and given a word to incorporate into the piece. This was a challenge. Wynne captured the feel of each word in the essence of each painting.
